Addition of the NCAS Adapter
The key to the expanded public charger access is the new, Acura-approved NACS-to-CCS adapter designed for Level 3 DC fast charging. Designed, engineered, and rigorously tested for safety and compatibility with vehicles like the Acura ZDX, this is the only adapter sanctioned by Acura for use at Tesla Supercharger® stations and other NACS DC fast-charging points. Starting in June 2025, it will be available for purchase through authorized Acura dealerships like Hall Acura Virginia Beach.

With the new charging options for your Acura ZDX, you will have access to over 20,000 additional DC fast chargers nationwide, many of which are available in the Virginia Beach, VA region. This integration with the extensive Tesla Supercharger network greatly increases public charger availability, making road trips and everyday commutes more convenient. And finding these compatible Supercharger locations will be easy through your Acura EV™ app, which will receive an update with the new locations.
